The location of the place is nice, it’s convenient to the JR line, the metro F line and M line and hub to everything. It
9.0Place is very clean, with toiletries available. Everything seemed new including toilet and washer/dryer. I liked the de-humidifier. It has A/C and kitchen. I like that it’s close to the metro and JR station. It’s close to multiple metro lines. Although, I don’t think it’s 6 mins, maybe 15 mins for us to walk. TV and WiFi available.
− The bed is firm, not so comfortable after a few days of sleeping there. Didn’t like the bean pillows, they were so heavy and stiff. The dryer sometimes takes another round to dry. The comforter has a smell but we couldn’t wash it there since the washer/dryer is small. The ceiling is unfinished, and you can see all the pipes and tubes. Elevator and hallway also has a smell.

10.0Great location, just a few minutes’ walk from the subway station. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room was spacious and well-equipped, making it very comfortable for family travel. This was our first stay in Ikebukuro, and we found the area to be both safe and convenient. Highly recommended!
Convenient, practical and easy
9.0We loved that it was a close walk to the train station, sunshine city and also 7/11 being right outside our door basically. I loved the washer dryer too, came in handy being able to wash and dry our clothes after each day. Easy to use.
− There was a musty/mouldy smell to the apartment, not too much in the room but definitely in the corridor/elevator area. As well as the light shining through the window of the main doorway, when all the lights are off and we were trying to go to bed.
