Große Wohnung mit Abstrichen

Lage, Größe der Wohnung, Anbindung an ÖPNV, schneller Support über den Messenger, Wäsche sauber und frisch (Laken allerdings löchrig).

− Ein Zimmer war nicht gereinigt, wir mussten das bei Booking reklamieren. An die angegebene Telefonnummer des Anbieters ging niemand ran. Erst über den Messenger kam die Entschuldigung, dann ging alles auch sehr schnell. Wir waren derweil in der Stadt unterwegs. Die Wohnung war bestimmt mal top. Doch nun ist sie in Teilen abgewohnt und einfach schmutzig. Besonders die Küche und das Badezimmer. Das lief übrigens komplett über, weil der Abfluss dicht war. Hab ich alles gemeldet, insofern dürfte dieser Text hier nichtüberraschend sein.

Easy access. Close to public transport. Close to supermarket. Nice coffee shop next door. Beds are comfortable. Coffee/tee inhouse. Quiet neighbourhood. Nice design in the bedrooms.

− We've booked the apartment for 6 people, but when we arrived it was arranged for 4. We had to wait an hour for someone to come bring linens for the extra beds. The drain in the shower was clogged. We had to find a way to unclog it ourselves the next day. The kitchen and bathroom were not cleaned properly. The refrigerator was also not cleaned properly and smelled. There were also cockroaches in the kitchen. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a musty smell. Also there are no ironing facilities in the apartment.

Apartamento grande y espacioso. Amplitud de las 2 habitaciones.

− - La recepción es automática mediante código en la puerta justo tras la hora contratada, siendo imposible la comunicación anterior a esa hora con el responsable. - Habiendo reservado para 6 personas, los sofás camas para las dos personas extras eran un sofá pequeño, algo justo para dormir, y un chaise longue. Estos sofás carecían de ropa de cama ni toallas, las pedimos y se nos entregaron mojadas varias horas después, con lo que no pudimos usarlas. - Ropa de cama rota y húmeda en una de las camas, se solicitó reposición y se entregaron también mojadas.. - A pesar del tamaño de las habitaciones, la zona común para desayunar o cenar 6 personas era insuficiente. Una mesa justa de cocina y sillas recogidas de las habitaciones. - Ante estos problemas el contacto a través de la mensajería de booking se escudaba en la empresa de limpieza, pero sin resolver el problema. - La limpieza de la cocina y especialmente del baño, era insuficiente. - El apartamento impresiona en un primer momento por su claridad y tamaño, pero tras el análisis de los detalles deseas salir pronto de allí, a nadie se le pone una sábana mojada para dormir.

− I paid 30€ for early check-in, but property replied me only in 3 days. I spent all my day outside and they did nothing. Smell of towels and beds was very bad.
