8.0This is a wonderful apartment,very cool in 35 degree heat. The rooms are huge. The beds comfy. The location is just about walkable, certainly of it was cooler .
− There were only two chairs in the living room,so it was difficult to sit as more people.
Great location for exploring Florence!
9.0Great quirky, period property within walking distance to the train station and city centre. The apartment was very clean, the two bedrooms were spacious and having two separate bathrooms was a great bonus. Kitchen area was great and fitted with everything you’d need, and the little sitting area was just right. There are two large armchairs in that area and we just pulled another chair from the bedroom for the third guest. Our host was delightful and available via WhatsApp for any questions, although we didn’t have any.
− Nothing but just a tip if there are a few of you staying. Leave a little time between showers or the last two may be having lukewarm/cool water.

10.0Very good location, clean tidy and super comfortable beds. Quiet at night and felt very secure and safe. Ideal for a couples trip. Both bedrooms equally good.

− Construction in building was annoying. Would have been helpful to have instructions on stove, oven, washer. Air conditioner in both bedrooms would have been nice.
