Superbe appartement
9.0Grand appartement avec beaucoup de charme, très bien situé près de la gare et très proche de tout, au calme absolu avec une vraie vie de quartier autour sans le flot de touristes. Très bien équipé, accueil charmant, bref nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
− Pas mal de moustiques mais comme partout sans doute en plein été, et une climatisation pas ultra efficace

Comfortable apartment in great location. Host could be better
8.0Although the apartment is not new it was very clean and had everything that was needed. The location is great and the air conditioning was great (very important for the summer) and there was always hot water.
− We arrived to Venice by train which was delayed and so we arrived after 8 pm (which was the end of the check-in in window). Although we communicated the delay as soon as we knew about is, the host still charged us 40 Euro late check-in fee which is completely outrageous. One of the bathrooms includes a tub but no door-curtain, a good fit for kids maybe but not very convenient for adults.
