De ruimte, indeling en inrichting. Prima slaapkamers qua grootte en ook de huiskamer vond ik leuk ingericht en comfortabel.

− De gehorigheid van buiten. Erg vaak extreem luide sirenes en (misschien toevallig) werkzaamheden. Maar had ook te maken met het feit, dat we al de ramen niet volledig konden sluiten, omdat de eigenaren vergeten waren de klip van de hendels te ontlocken, waardoor de ramen dus op een klein kiertje bleven. Èn wat ook niet zo fijn was, is dat er een erg muffe lucht uit de koelkast kwam als we het openden.

Location was great. Loads of shops and restaurants around the area

− Terrible service. Fridge not cooling, broken window hinge. No hot water, and very low water pressure. Reported to the host. Mentioned someone would come and have a look in the morning. No one came, and host ignored my calls and messages till I checked out. Very terrible service

Place was clean bed comfortable

− Shower didn't work water pressure in the bathroom wasn't good took ages to run a bath plus I was given the wrong codes to get into the building then through the next door to the lifts I was given the wrong codes I had to ring the number from the email I was sent

Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et disponibles, c’est appréciable ! L’emplacement est plutôt confortable avec une ligne de bus au pied de l’appartement.

− Le logement n’était pas très propre… il y avait des taches sur sol. Des équipements étaient cassés (plainte de la cuisine, des lumières qui ne fonctionnent pas) L’appartement ne semble pas entretenu, c’est dommage. Il n’y a pas de volet au fenêtre et les rideaux installés ne suffisent pas, il faisait jour dans le chambre des 5h30 du matin…

Whilst the location was perfect for our stay and planned events the property was disgusting and not suitable for occupancy

− On arrival at the property front door we were confronted with rodent bait traps and missing fire extinguishers. The water tank had a faulty pressure relief valve and was extremely loud and disturbed our sleep. The fridge freezer did not work and we could not store or cook food in the property. The crockery was dirty and not useable along with a greasy oven so we chose not to use the cooking facilities for fear of contamination and falling ill. The bathroom was mouldy in places and throughout the property lights were flickering or not working. The extractor fan was so dirty and clogged up, it was not possible for it to function as required. Filthy and rusty toilet brush . Some radiators did not work and in particular the main room was cold. The smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling and there were no extinguishers available. Windows were so dirty we had to open them to see out. There was a hole in the kitchen flooring and the WiFi was intermittent and it was not possible to tune the TV. The property owner has failed to respond to both mine and booking.com comments or communications and booking.com have failed to provide a satisfactory compensation despite providing numerous photos, videos and emails of the property we have been left to try and deal with the property owner who is not responding to booking.com or myself.
