Only the location - but for this price you can get a usable place.

− Where do I even begin. Arrived at check-in to a genuinely disgusting apartment — dirty surfaces, completely uncleaned, no sign of a cleaner anywhere. I left and walked around London for two hours to give them time to sort it. Came back. Nothing had changed. The cleaner showed up at 5:30pm. I cleaned a table myself just to have somewhere to sit. I missed a work deadline because I had no usable workspace for hours. The landlord then lied to Booking.com — claimed I'd taken the key and prevented cleaning. They had given the cleaner a spare key themselves. Their own WhatsApp messages prove this. They fabricated a story to avoid accountability and it very nearly worked. The "garden" advertised? Completely overgrown. Unusable. There is a café attached to the property — you hear every conversation, every coffee machine, zero privacy. The apartment layout is baffling — cramped and oddly designed with no functional space whatsoever. And after all this? I left clothes in the washing machine by mistake and reached out to the landlord. Complete silence. Ghosted. Not a single reply. No cleaner. No contact. No garden. No privacy. No accountability. And a landlord who will lie to your face when things go wrong. Avoid at all costs.

Good location, nice area

Central location, plenty of shops in the neighborhood. Near flat, has character. Includes a little garden. Could do with a renovation.

− The windows were so dirty that I initially thought it was foggy outside. The bed was completely worn out.

Phantastische Lage, gut mit allen öff. Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.

Si on enlève les odeurs, le lit horrible, avec du matériel solide, on peut monter à 8/10 mais non.

La localisation de l'appartement est parfaite, et le canapé très agréable.

− Les odeurs de la salle de bain qui inondent la chambre sont indescriptibles. Le matelas très mou qui lorsqu'on est assis, on se retrouve les fesses en dessous des genoux, avec des draps trop petit qui éclatent à chaque coin du lit. Toutes les fourchettes qui se cassent en deux à la première bouchée. Les chaises de la table à manger qui se déboitent à chaque mouvement.
