10.0Very good location in my opinion. Walking distance to Skytree, station with good connections not far. Quiet area, even though the apartment backs onto a school, you don't hear too much noise. Really appreciated the good quality amenities in the bathroom. Lots of storage space.

Budget place in Hikifune for a long stay in Tokyo
9.0This place offers most of things needed for a longer stay, such as washing machine and a bigger fridge. The management is very thoughtful and the place has most for things needed. The neighbourhood is quiet and calming, suitable for people who prefer to stay in the neighbourhood area. The room is also spacious and the room rate is a good deal for Tokyo.
− The only issue is the location, is a bit far from central Tokyo. There shops in the area also do not open late.
