A great host who met as at the door and showed us around his lovely home. It was clean, homely and had everything we needed and more. Michele explained everything and made sure we settled in comfortably before he gave us the total freedom of his house. A private parking spot was greatly appreciated. HIGHLY recommended for your stay in Florence, where we shall be returning in the near future..

L'emplacement de cet appartement est top pour visiter Florence. Michele est un hôte très bienveillant, il est très soucieux de notre confort et cela nous a permis de nous sentir très bien... presque chez nous. La place de parking , sécurisé est parfaite.

The property is spacious, charming and the hospitality of the hosts is fantastic. Our family of 5, including teenagers, had lots of space to enjoy our time together but also have quiet time if we wanted it. The property was clean, well kept and had many personal touches that made it feel very welcoming.

The property was very clean, the distance to the sights is short, I got the parking space secured. The host was a 10. I really recomand.

− The shower cabin on the top floor was small, for children. I can't necessarily say it bothered me, I used the cabin on the 1st floor.

Fantastic stay in Florence

The house was in a great location. We felt very safe and it was quiet. The house was comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed and more. Our host was excellent. He was great with communication. Keeping in contact with us before our stay and throughout our stay. He was great with recommendations for dinner. There are grocery stores and restaurants within easy walking distance. He even offered to make us dinner reservations if needed. He pointed out key points of interest on a local map. He really went out of his way to make us comfortable, and it was truly appreciated. There was a deck of italian cards in the house, and we learned how to play a new game. We would definitely stay here again when in Florence and would recommend this location to others.
