9.0Świetna lokalizacja, idealny dla rodzinki czteroosobowej, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba. Jest klimatyzacja i dość szczelne okna:-)
− Tylko hałas, który robiły wózki handlarzy (rano wywozili swoje wózki-stoiska, a wieczorem je wwozili do garażu pod apartamentem. Hałas kół odbijał się pomiędzy budynkami i może to być uciążliwe). Przy zamkniętych oknach nieco lepiej:-)

10.0地理位置优越，距离火车站、圣母百花教堂等景点很近，步行可达。生活便利，楼下有很多小超市和中餐馆，生活方便。 房主妈妈热情好客，会很详细的给我们介绍房间设施和周边的旅游防盗指南，厨房免费的果酱和巧克力酱很好吃。
− 两间卧室临街面有一点点吵，房屋紧邻摆摊小推车集中堆放区域，因此早晨外面小推车推过石板路时噪音比较明显，晚上还是比较安静的。 卧室窗帘不能完全遮挡住窗户。缺少洗衣机，洗完衣服也可晾晒在外面，有晾衣绳。

10.0Francesco se preocupó hasta de decirnos cómo movernos por la ciudad, muy amable y nos recibió en el departamento su mamá que era un amor, realmente hicieron nuestra estancia increible! Es muy bonito y moderno el departamento, tiene de todo.
− Es verdad que las escaleras son hartas y fuimos con gente mayor que se cansaba, pero nada grave.

10.0Sehr gut ausgestattet. Küche bietet alles, was man benötigt inklusive Herd/Backofen, Mikrowelle, Nespresso-Maschine, Kühlschrank und sogar Gefrierfach. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit guten Betten, ein Bad mit Dusche und eine Gästetoilette. Schalldichte Fenster, die bei dieser tollen, zentralen Lage auch benötigt werden. Man tritt aus der Haustür und ist mitten in der Altstadt. Perfekt, um Florenz zu entdecken. Sehr zu empfehlen, würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Vermieter sind wirklich nett, immer ansprechbar. Gepäcklagerung vor und nach Bezug kein Problem.
