Sehr geräumig, tolle Lage, gut ausgestattete Küche, 3 separate Schlafzimmer (das war ausschlaggebend für die Buchung)

− Sehr spartanisch ausgestattet, sehr hellhörig (knarrende Böden, dünne Wände - man hörte zum Beispiel die WC-Spülung sehr laut), Parterre (gelegentlich war es in der Mainzer Straße durch vorbeiziehende Menschen recht laut),

It was actually spacious, three rooms with a double sized bed, and two sleeping sofas. The kitchen it very nice and well prepared with a good coffee machine. The towels were clean and a lot of them.

− The pictures made it seem nicer than it actually is. It’s on the ground level directly from the street. It looks like a store that you would walk right into from the street. Furthermore the insulation of voice is very bad. You could hear everyone from outside at night. Or from the other rooms. There isn’t a lot of stuff that makes it cozy or feel like home. The heater/radiator did not work in the bathroom.

Nicht empfehlenswert, sucht euch eine andere Unterkunft.

leider nichts positives anzumerken

− - überhaupt nicht sauber, überall staub - vor dem Eingang Baustelle sodass man im dunkeln nicht mal den Eingang zur Wohnung findet. - Handtücher gelb & fleckig - die hochgeladenen Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität!

the location was great and the flat was fine. a bit damp in the bathroom. There was some building work happening outside which woke us earlier than we wanted but taht's not the hosts fault obviously.
