Great location and tidy accommodation

− Not the fault of the property but it was exceptionally hot due to the heatwave and the street was extremely busy so sleep was disrupted.

− We stayed for just one night as we had a 6 a.m. flight the next morning. Before our departure, the host sent us a message listing tasks that needed to be completed, including taking the bins out and cleaning and tidying the kitchen. We have no problem with leaving accommodation clean and tidy, as that’s simply common courtesy. However, considering that a cleaning fee is included in the price, I found it rather inappropriate to be instructed to carry out cleaning duties before checking out. For £123 per night, I was also surprised by the lack of basic amenities. The apartment had a coffee machine but no coffee pods provided, and there wasn’t even a complimentary bottle of water available. The biggest disappointment was the noise level. It was incredibly loud throughout the night. We even checked the windows twice because we thought they must be open, but they were fully closed. As a result, the quality of sleep was very poor. Overall, I found the accommodation overpriced for what was offered, and the experience did not meet my expectations.

− The only negative is there was a slight smell in the bathroom. Unsure if it was from the mop bucket that was in there or something else

Location is superb ... room was clean.....its exactlt like the pic....you can get all kinds of food nearby ...there is a bus stop just in front of the house which is handy ....sansbury supermarket is just opposite .....house can accomodate 5 ... they even provided cot for the baby ....

− Cant say we didnt like anything ...just few things to bring to notice ... room is in 1st floor as mentioned already ...incase you have heave luggage you have to carry yourself as there is no lift .... one bin in the bathroom would be handy ...

Good location for a one night stay

Very straight forward instructions for access, good communication from the owner. Flat has everything you need for a one night stay and convenient to the tube

− On a very busy road in a bit of a rough area - no air con so had to keep the windows open all night and it was very noisy in the morning! The space is quite compact so fine for one night but wouldn’t fancy staying there for much longer

Paying at the property for flats would be suitable than paying online.

The location ,full of shops and transport facilities.

− I didn't stay there as the door code was not working and the owner wasn't care about me and my family waiting for ours ouside. The was not responding to my calls ,and was replying late on WhatsApp messages for assistance. Despite not stayed there due to the code not working, the owner didn't refund my money as Airbnb owner have more power on Booking.com. I would advise people to book and pay at the property for flats to avoid this inconvenience and this owner ruined my holiday. We arrived with my wife and little kids at around 5 pm and ended up paying extra money for a outdated hotel to a different location.
