8.0The suite was very nice and beautifully furnished.
− The suite would benefit from a kettle and mugs given that the common kitchen is extremely small. Just to be able to make a hot drink in the room would help.

10.0The apartment was luxurious. The host was extremely accommodating with our luggage the day of check-in. The bed was huge & very comfortable. The aircon worked well & was effective. We didn’t use the kitchen. The accommodation is walking distance to everything. Wonderful.

10.0The apartment was lovely and hosts were very nice. However, I cannot say enough good things about the location. Firenze is overloaded with crowds and noise, and this apartment is located literally at the first block where the quiet begins. The street is always empty and calm. And one block away is where all the excitement begins. Many excellent restaurants nearby, and the Santa Maria del Fiore is just a few hundred meters down the street. The hosts were also very flexible with special requests.
− The only thing I would say is to make sure to write the hosts hours in advance of needing a reply. They will reply, but it took longer than other apartments I stayed in Italy. Everything was otherwise perfect.

9.0It was a great location, lovely decor and very spacious. Lots of thoughtful extras like hairdryer and some toiletries.
− The light above the bathroom mirror didn’t work, so it was hard to see to put Makeup on and for my husband to shave. We let the owner know at the start of our three days stay but didn’t hear back.

10.0Lovely authentic apartment. It was very quiet, yet close to San Marco piazza and the Duomo. The T2 tram runs to/from Florence airport, as well as a stop at the main train station. The king bed was very comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen except to make tea and coffee, but it was nice to have. Hosts were lovely too. Thank you!
