8.0Moja żona 😆. Lokalizacja obiektu i klimat starej kamienicy.
− Łazienka, wyglądała jakby ktoś zaczął i nie skończył jej sprzątać. Podłoga była brudna. Brakowało jednego kompletu pościeli (nie znalazłem kołdry) dla piątej osoby. Uciążliwy jest zapach w mieszkaniu, potrzebne są odświeżacze. Lokal z dużym potencjałem ale wymaga sporych nakładów finansowych.

− La description ne correspond pas à l’annonce: 2 grands lits sur trois ne peuvent pas être utilisés ouverts - les lattes étant cassées. Il y a donc un grand lit, deux lits simples et un canapé lit. J’ai envoyé un message pour demander de l’aide mais je n’ai reçu qu’un seule message automatique ensuite pour me donner des informations sur le séjour et sur le départ. L’appartement est pour 6 personnes mais seulement 3 sièges sont disponibles pour manger à la table.

8.0Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Charlottenburg ist ein entspanntes, nettes Viertel das zum Schlendern einlädt. Es gibt tolle Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch ein Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Das eigenständige Einchecken hat problemlos geklappt. Die Unterkunft war für 5 Personen voll in Ordnung.
− In einem der Schlafzimmer gab es keine Heizung. Da ist es schön, wenn man eine Wärmflasche mit im Gepäck hat.
