Nice, clean apartment for short stays

− There was a mattress on the floor instead of bed
Stressful. Made us feel uneasy. Unsafe
1.0Nothing. Do not stay here under any circumstances There is nowhere in the listing that states the property is in a residential area. And that you will be on a noise monitoring system Which doesn’t help when you go with 3 children all with additional needs. The below property were continuously banging on the ceiling when the children were getting up and about. Causing upset and stress.
− There was a smell to the property 2 Broken chairs 2 sets of doors that didn’t lock onto the balcony which was dangerous with small children We were only there for 3 hours an had to leave the property and find alternative arrangements And now we are fighting for a refund Avoid at all costs

9.0Location for our event and the fact we could have 8 people sleeping. We were not in the premises much but it was very comfortable and clean. 😃
− En-suite bathroom floor was all wetted after showers…but it’s only an observation. ☺️ Asking for a photo of the parking permit, when there was no way of submitting this, made it a slight concern!

1. Please note there is NO elevator at the property. It’s 2nd floor
2. All bedrooms feature comfortable zip-link beds, which are set up as 1 queen bed & 2 single beds by default. Upon request, they can be zipped together to form a super king-size bed
3. Please note that our default bed setup includes 2 single beds and 1 queen bed. If you preferred a different configuration, such as 4 single beds instead of 1 queen and 2 singles, or 3 singles and 1 queen, kindly provide at least 24 hours' notice. We may not be able to accommodate last-minute reservations, unless guests are willing to pay an extra fee to be made up, as we will need to book housekeeping to redo the beds. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
