− It was very hot and the living area didn’t have a fan so it was uncomfortably hot to have breakfast in the living area. All the food was sitting on the table for 2 hours in the warm room and then afterwords put back in the fridge. So it may have been better to have kept in the fridge until people sat at the table and serve them them as there was yoghurt and juice.

8.0The B&B is very cosy and feels like a house! It is perfectly located in my opinion, because it is around 15-20 minutes walk away fron the historical center, which helps you avoid the chaos of the super touristic center, while still in accessible walking distance, and it feels like a local neighbourhood. The owner is very helpful and provides a very useful list of reccomendations! Florence accommodation is very expensive in general, so it is relatively fairly priced, at least you get your own room and bathroom!!
− Breakfast could be better. The walls are pretty thin and it can get noisy from the rest of the residents since there s no sound proof. Owner is very nice and helpful, but impossible to reach through booking messages!! He s very responsive and available to help through whatsapp though!

Comfortable and clean but needs some maintenance

− Our door didn’t fully open, the air con turned off every hour, the website said we could pay via bank transfer but the lady didn’t let us, the wifi didn’t reach our room.
