− The noise. There waa a shop next door being refitted, so I had the sound of a hammer until hone 9pm. Road outside is loud too. Bring ear plugs.

8.0Beautifully decorated little flat, perfect for a short stay. Clean. Good value for money. Amazing location. Felt safe and secure in the flat. Attentive host and everything was explained clearly e.g. who to contact, checking in and out.
− Very noisy but I appreciate this is due to the central location and may not be an issue to people who live in city centers and are used to the noise. Don’t know if this was just missed on our stay but would have been nice to have a bed cover for the sofa bed as it was quite a rough/itchy material.
I will never come back to stay here again in my life. If you hope to get a dark basement, good luck

− I rarely leave bad reviews, but this place deserves it. My experience was ruined by false advertising and the host's refusal to take responsibility. False Advertising: The photos are heavily edited and outdated. The room looks nothing like the pictures; the room description never mentioned that the room was a basement, nor did it indicate the absence of windows to let in sunlight, only a damp spaceit was much smaller, and the amenities listed (e.g., sofa bed) were broken,has a big hole on it,not suitable for living in. Passing the Buck: When I reported the issues, the host kept telling me "their team can’t connect the householder for a week" instead of solving the problem themselves. This went on for over a month with zero progress,this is so unaccptable. No Refund and Feedback: Despite promising to look into it, I have received no official feedback and no refund. It feels like they are just stalling until guests give up. Save your money and book somewhere else.

6.0Nice modern flat with facilities
− I booked this place long term for 2+ weeks. From the get go they provided ear plugs for sleeping next to the bed and this made me concerned. Who would've thought that the NOISE WAS REALLY THAT BAD! If you like to sleep I don't recommend staying here. The parties and drunk fights from the club across the flat make horrendous noise at night and you just won't sleep... the police is constantly parked on the streets Thu - Sunday to stop drunk people from yelling and fighting. It's just not worth it... i could hardly get 3 hours of sleep per night making this a painful stay to be completely honest. On top of that the staff managing the flat asked me to come over for a gas engineer inspection. I went there, waited, and no one showed up! didn't even give 24 hour notice. Overall pretty bad experience
