De ruimte van het appartement.

− Geen aanwezigheid van een airco, alleen ventilatoren. Wat niet meer helpt bij een temperatuur van 38 graden en hoger. Hierdoor slecht tot bijna niet kunnen slapen.

Prachtig ruim, schoon appartement midden in het centrum (zonder airco)

Clean and comfortable apartment. Very centrally located to 28 tram, lower city squares and harbour. Good sized bathrooms. Owner quick to reply and fix electrical problem we had.

− Unit has no air conditioning, which would be OK if flow through ventilation could be used...however, noisy bar beneath, street noise and stairs on both sides where noisy drunks, vagrants and drug addicts congregate prevents this. Lanes beside and entry are to block is filthy. Building management/ police should do something. Saw people doing hard drugs on steps beside unit more than once. Would not bring children to this part of town.

Location and apartment itself

− Building facilities were in a bad shape we have to go 4 floors from Basement to level 2 walking on floors with mold and humidity. Besides, very noisy with the bar where people were doing water pipes and yelling all night. It was scary getting in the night with homeless people around. We found at least 3 cockroaches in the apartment and many more in the garage.
