All the necessities were in the flat. Great location, and helpful owner. Accommodations were made to store our baggage.

− Maybe a bit cluttered

This is a lovely little flat in a very safe area of Chelsea which was perfect for our stay. Kitchen is well equipped should you need it and the main bedroom is comfortable and clean. Towels and linen are provided.

− The property is listed as accommodation for 4 people and doesn’t say better for 2 adults and at the very most 2 small children. The sofa bed in the lounge is at best a large single. We were a family of 4 adults and we managed, just. Maybe the details need to be more specific.

Muy lindo decorado y bien equipado. Ambientes espaciosos. Ubicado en un barrio hermoso. El anfitrión fue muy amable y colaborativa con nosotros en todo momento.

− Es un lugar para máximo 3 personas porque el sofá es muy chico para dos adultos. Además, no tiene ventilador o aire acondicionado y con 25°C o más, se siente muy caluroso ahí adentro.

El ambiente, muy buena

− Si , solo que sujiero un ventilador o aire acondicionado porque dentro está caliente y para refrescar debes abrir la ventana y si se refresca Pero se siente el bullicio de la calle, por lo demás todo bien.

Really nice, but not suitable for more than 2 people (and a small kid).

The first-floor apartment was small but cute and located in a nice neighbourhood. The landlady was ok helpful and the apartment was well equipped. The main bed was comfortable and the shower was nice.

− The apartment was advertised as suitable for up to 4 people. This was not true. There was a comfortable king-size bed in one bedroom, but the sofa bed in the living-room was so small and short it might be suitable for 1 young kid - if it can bear the hard mattress -, but it certainly did not suit 2 teens or 1 adult and of course not 2 adults. We were a family of 4. Also, upon our arrival, there weren't even towels or sheets or a blanket for that sofa bed. There was a huge clothes rack in the kitchen with still wet towels and linen, no blanket though. Thankfully, we could get in touch with the landlady, who was friendly and helpful, and get the key to a closet with sheets, though that did not really fix the lack of beds or mattresses. There was no toilet paper either. Thus, we had a nice stay in London but rather 2 uncomfortable nights. The shower was good, but sometimes we couldn't get it going again and the sink strangely only supplied water that turned hot within a few seconds. It was a hot week (29 degrees celsius) and the apartment heated up quite a lot too. A fan would have been nice, but ok, we managed, and usually it might be way cooler. Otherwise all good. A couple (2 people) will find a great place to stay.

Very comfortable living experience

Very warm and comfortable living environment! Convenient transportation, it is not too troublesome to go to all attractions. The landlord responded to messages very promptly and helped us solve the problems we encountered. In short, the living experience was very good. If we come to London next time, we are willing to stay again!

− The water heater is old-fashioned. If three people stay, they must plan well or finish taking a shower quickly, otherwise the last person will have no hot water.
