Todo fue excelente. La amabilidad y el trato recibido por parte del personal del hotel fueron excepcionales. La habitación superó todas nuestras expectativas: estaba impecablemente limpia, la cama era muy cómoda y contaba con nevera, aire acondicionado y todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia perfecta. La ubicación es inmejorable, muy cerca del Coliseo, lo que facilita visitar los principales lugares de interés de Roma. Queremos agradecer especialmente a la persona que nos atendió durante nuestra estancia. Siempre que nos veía se preocupaba por preguntarnos si todo estaba bien. Ese trato cercano y atento marcó la diferencia e hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aún mejor. Sin duda, una experiencia de 10. Lo recomendamos al 100 % y volveríamos a alojarnos aquí sin pensarlo.

Excellent communication and property manager is helpful and go out of their way to help. There is air conditioning. The breakfast is great. You can see the colosseum from your window (a few blocks distant).

Everything was 10/10: absolutely perfect! You don’t realize how much it matters where you come back to after a long, hot day exploring Rome. Coming back to an air-conditioned room, immaculate cleanliness, fresh cozy white sheets, a spacious wardrobe, and a huge, beautiful bathroom made such a difference. Everything we needed was there, and the room was kept spotless and tidy every single day. We arrived very late at night, but they still waited for us and welcomed us with a cool, air-conditioned room that was ready for our arrival. Jason greeted us, and he was incredibly kind and welcoming! Aldo, the host, was always available whenever we needed anything or simply wanted information. The location is fantastic, close to the Colosseum, and almost everything else is within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax after a busy day sightseeing. Before booking, I spent a lot of time comparing accommodations in Rome, and so many reviews mentioned problems like unsafe areas, lack of hot water, dirty rooms, uncomfortable beds, or rooms without proper windows. This place truly stands out. It exceeded all of our expectations, and I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. They even kindly stored our luggage after check-out, which made our last day in Rome so much easier. Dear Aldo and Jason, thank you for everything. Your kindness, hospitality, and outstanding service made our trip even more memorable. I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends, and I can’t wait to come back!

Quarto e banheiro amplo, tudo funcionou perfeitamente! Funcionário atencioso e pontual. Quarto igual das fotos. Fácil de achar.
