10.0The apartment is very new, modern and clean. It is equipped with everything you need. Great for families. Great location. Camilla was a great host and very attentive!! We loved the place.

Lovely space in the heart of Santo Spirito
10.0Lovely flat - very spacious and light, and the terrace is a real bonus. Immaculately clean. Really convenient for central Florence. Hosts very helpful and communication was excellent. Equipped really well with crockery, cutlery, cookware etc.
− The kitchenette is just two rings and a toaster, so is just for breakfast or a very simple meal. But very helpful to have a fridge etc

10.0The appartment was a rare find. New and clean, in a great neighbourhood, just off the beaten track, but very close to it. Two bridges at 5 minutes on foot, so the sites are near. A great piazza just around the corner for coffee and drinks in the sun, and for quieter moments: the amazing terrace of the appartment! The sounds of churchbells, the cooing of pigeons, we couldn't have been happier. Camilla was very communicative, if we would have needed something, she would have arranged it, but no need, it was perfect, we loved everything. Thank you!

10.0The flat is a brand new buildout in an older building. The host stayed in touch with me the whole trip and was quick to respond.Location was a 10 , just a couple of blocks from the action packed city of Florence. The flat’s new construction was awesome. Everything was new and fresh. The pictures are accurate and if I return to Florence this is where I will stay. Thanks again to the host.
