Fantastic Value in a Prime Location

Fantastic location in the charming Borgo Pio neighbourhood, just a few steps from St. Peter's Basilica and Castel Sant'Angelo. The airport bus stop is only about a 10-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. Most of Rome's main attractions are within walking distance, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The room was basic but functional and, although on the small side, perfectly clean and comfortable for our stay. The AC was much appreciated to keep us cool. The bed was very comfortable and we slept extremely well. There is a smart TV so you can log in to your streaming account. The Wifi signal was good. The bathroom was modern, with a spacious shower and excellent water pressure, and our window overlooked the lively street below. A special mention goes to our wonderful host Guadalupe, who was incredibly welcoming, kind, and accommodating. Being able to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out made our trip much easier, and the hospitality throughout our stay was exceptional. The complimentary Italian breakfast was a great way to start the day, with a fresh, delicious cornetto (with a choice of filling), coffee, water, yoghurt, fruit, and additional packaged snacks if desired. Overall, this accommodation offers outstanding value for money, combining an excellent location, warm hospitality, and a comfortable stay. I would definitely consider staying again.

− Nothing major, but a few small improvements could make the stay even better. Adding towel hooks in the bathroom, a shelf or rack inside the shower for toiletries, and liquid soap dispensers instead of soap bars would be useful. A few more power sockets (or an extension lead) would make charging devices easier. The TV channels on offer stuttered, and the room could feel a little cosier with some warm ambient lighting and a few pieces of artwork inspired by the local area.

The host was super super helpful with everything. She helped us with the transfer, prepared a nice, sweet breakfast to start the day, and helped keep the room clean! We couldn't have thought about a better location than this, literally 20 meters from San Peters and 25 min walking from the Forum Romanum and Colosseum

− Apparently, there's the worst tiramisu place in Rome right next door, but it's also a super fun experience :D. The apartment itself is a 10/10, as long as you don't expect a super luxurious president suite.

A szállás összességében jó választás volt, a Vatikán közvetlen szomszédságában voltunk, az utcában több szuperjó étterem/fagyizó, ajándékbolt. Klassz reggelit is kaptunk, ami a tipikus olasz (édes) reggelit jelenti: édes croissant (frissen a pékségből), dzsem, joghurt, gyümölcslé, kávé és minden nap másfajta friss gyümölcs volt bekészítve. (Ha vkinek szempont és vmi sós ízre vágyik: a Meki 2 perc.) Az itt tartózkodásunk alatt a szállásadó email-ben végig elérhető volt és a kérdéseinkre azonnal válaszolt is. A klíma szuper halk volt!
