Well I didn't get the flat in the image, but it was one very close and the flat I was meant to get had some plumbing emergency, so the landlord moved me with no hassle. Key pick up was easy, flat seemed cleaned and hoovered when I got in.

− The blinds were difficult to draw back, but if that's the only thing I can say you can see it was a pretty good place!

− No chair at the table in the centre of the room, so was unable to sit down and eat breakfast/dinner. As there was no tray either I couldn't even balance my food on my knees on the sofa. The property was described as luxury but in truth it felt like someone had moved out in a hurry just leaving the bare minimum. The place was clean however, and there was plenty of hot water. Nice to have a big fridge freezer too, especially as the weather was so hot

The location is the only positive aspect but not worth the hassle that comes with it.

− Avoid. This property was not as advertised and fell far below the standard described as a “luxury escape”. Some of the listing photos did not appear to match the property provided. The apartment was unclean, poorly maintained, and had an appalling mattress. I reported the issues immediately and ultimately had to leave early and arrange alternative accommodation. Despite initially indicating that a refund would be requested, the host later refused it. I also observed signage within the Royal Wharf development stating that short-let stays are prohibited, which raised further concerns. Extremely disappointing experience.

Soon as we walked in it stunk of cannabis the kitchen was grubby the dishwasher had food all stuck in the bottom.the sofa had a thousand stains on an the pull out bed had what looked like dry blood all over it.the television didn’t have the correct remote so couldn’t use it.the bed was an old spring mattress very uncomfortable.the dining chairs at the table was broken I fell of when sitting down because the legs was weak and all bent.the walls had marks all over them and sticky stuff all over from birthday banners that had been up god knows how long ago.the pictures are stark comparison to reality they must have been taken years ago.wouldnt recommend to anybody you would be much better of in a travelodge it was really that bad and on top of this the landlord refused any kind of refund

Die Größe , die Lage und die moderne Erscheinung.

− Das größte Problem war, dass ich - auch nach mehrmaligem Bitten - keine korrekte Rechnung bekam (keine Angaben zum Vermieter/Ersteller der Rechnung. Damit kann ich die Ausgabe nicht in die Buchhaltung geben. Schlüssel war erst 30 Minuten nach der Check-In Zeit verfügbar und das Depot ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß von der Unterkunft entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schwierig.Fernseher war weder mit der Antenne noch mit einer anderen Quelle verbunden. Die Matratze war ziemlich unbequem. Kein Haarföhn, das Waschbecken war viel zu klein und unpraktisch montiert.
