Came for Champions League Final / Arsenal parade, needed to be checked in 30 mins early just to put down our luggage which was kindly accommodated by the host, has a beautiful garden with cheap parking options within a 10 minute walk, hands down the best place I’ve stayed in London!

We arrived to receive the apartment and it was more than dirty. Dust was everywhere. The kitchen was dirty, the kitchen shelves and doors were splashed with food. The bed covers had bed bugs on them, yellow stains, and dust, indicating they had not been cleaned for a long time. The bathroom walls and behind the toilet had mold. The carpet was dirty and had cigarette stains on it. There was a cover with urine stains on it. We could not believe what we were seeing. Even the garden outside — we found a bottle containing urine and cigarettes. We took photos of everything. The owner came and saw everything and could not deny it, yet he did not return our money, even though we left the same day and went to a hotel. We sent all the photos to Booking.com, and despite that, the service was very bad from both sides. One of the worst experiences of my life.

A pesar de estar alejado del centro de Londres estaba muy cerca de las paradas de autobus y metro. Y tenia varias comercios cerca para comprar cualquier cosa que se necesitara

− Se veia muy descuidado nada mas al entrar el pasillo estaba sucio y lleno de correspondencia como si nadie hubiese pasado en semanas. Los baños estaban llenos de moho y muy pequeños. Las toallas estaban humedas al final no se sabian si estaban limpias o no por lo que nunca las utilizamos. Las sabanas de las camas se veian sucias tuvimos que lavarlas al llegar y dormir sin nada que nos cubriera

Very easy to collect keys. Great restaurants nearby - particularly Turkish cuisine (Bodrum restaurant).

− Guys upstairs were doing laundry at 10pm, but it was OK :)
