Ubicación edificio y la decoración con carácter y encanto

− Las escaleras, baño en la 3ers planta, mango ducha no tenía, no había espejo

La ubicación en el centro es muy cerca a todas las atracciones, zona de restaurantes y supermercados. Cerca al tranvia. Económico, excelente relación calidad precio.

− Falta manteniendo en los electrodomésticos de la cocina, y algún menaje como paños para limpiar.

_ spatially it is very interesting, with three overlapping floors. _ it is located in a good area, very close to the city center within walking distance.

− _ the middle floor (kitchen) smelled a bit strange, like oil, so I had to sleep on the lower floor. _ the bed on the lower floor is slightly tilted; I’m not sure if it’s because of the floor or the bed itself. With just a bit of good taste in the decoration, the apartment would improve a lot; there are quite a few very old pieces of furniture that really detract from the overall look and give a poor impression... however, the value for money is very good.

− Expérience catastrophique, la veille de mon arrivée on me dit qu'on va me donner un autre appartement pour le même prix car il y a un problème sur le mien. Le nouveau est au rez-de-chaussée, une seule pièce, avec porte très fine donnant sur la route à 50cm du lit, on a l'impression que les gens vont venir dormir avec vous, il n'avait pas l'air d'avoir été nettoyé car insectes morts un peu partout et surtout draps sales ! Le lendemain je récupère l'appartement pour lequel j'avais payé. Il est conforme aux photos et assez propre. Le seul problème est que l'appartement du dessous a du être loué à un dealeur car de 8h du soir à 9h du matin, il y a eu des passages incessants (minimum 5/6 personnes par heure) avec des portes qui claquent et font trembler les murs. Sur 2 jours j'ai du dormir 4h... Horrible.

The location

− As soon as we walked into the apartment we were hit with this intense damp smell, like an antique shop smell but worse. Then up the stairs in the kitchen / bedroom, the place stunk of cigarettes, I mean the smell was everywhere. Even the bedsheets had a bad cigarette smell. In the first 30 minutes of us arriving, I took a shower. I came downstairs and there was water (brown water) dripping from the LIGHT FIXTURE.( I had seen a previous review from 2021 saying this exact thing happened to them, but I naively assumed that they would have fixed it in the 4 years, but there was damp patches on the roof) Anyway I obviously panicked because I thought there was risk of electrocution, so I texted the owner saying we just arrived and I showered for less than 10 minutes and the roof is leaking. The owner was very unhelpful and told me they have never had this problem before. Which is just simply untrue as there was previous reports of this happening, and the ceiling had damp marks. Anyway the owner almost acted as if it was our fault. And then I was like well what's up with like the electricity like can we use the lights?? And the owner just replied saying it's no problem (?). The owner said to "point the water more towards the wall" and that was the only solution. At one point after a shower the water started dripping from the light fixture while the light was on. I mean, just crazy stuff I had such high hopes for this place and genuinely am not one to leave negative reviews of a place but this place was beyond bad. Everytime we left the apartment and came back we would be hit with that smell again. And the owner was just so unhelpful. I recommend finding anywhere else to stay.

− Insects everywhere , very bad bed, bed wasn't clean. Everywhere smoking smell, one night during my stay the electricity was out of order. The man came the next day, very disappointed.
