7.0Appartement spacieux et bien équipé, lit très confortable.
− Un peu sombre du fait du rez de chaussée. Bidet qui ne fonctionnait pas lors de notre venue.
Fantastic spot comfortable central
10.0Location was amazing and so quite but central a real wee haven absolutely loved our stay
− Windows were a bit broken you couldn’t open all of them no milk which may just be normal but thought generally you could make a cup of tea or coffee when you got somewhere and weird cups one mug and funny glass cup but really nothing major
Lovely spacious apartment with good amenities
9.0Great size a spacious rooms. Away from the tpurisr area but its only minutes away.
− There was no TV and i had trouble with the fridge not slways working

6.0Location to the main station and Grand Canal was excellent. Plenty of room for two. Decor was good. The security was very good, It had decent sized towels. The bed was comfortable. The shower was small but good
− Room had only a cursory clean. There was a slight sewerage smell throughout. Only one cup. No kettle to boil water, only a saucepan, which when we boiled the water, had a residue in it and the water tasted horrible. We ate out, which defeated the purpose of getting a villa. The wi-fi was intermittent at best.
Exceptional
10.0Residenza B is a clean, safe and spacious ground floor apartment in the heart of Venice. The location is excellent, about a 10 minute walk from Rialto Bridge in one direction and the Train station in the other, it is a great base to explore Venice from and would recommend to anyone.
− Nothing to dislike about the apartment itself. Sometimes there was a small smell in the mornings, but you're in Venice, I think that's to be expected and would be the same wherever you stayed!!

A late check-in after 7.00 PM is possible at an additional surcharge: €35 from 7.00 PM to 10.30 PM, €45 from 10.30 PM to 00.00, €60 euro from 00:00 to 1.00 AM. After this time every 30 minutes it will be asked €50 as surcharge until max 2.00AM. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
