6.0The location is perfect. The communal garden is lovely. Lovely restaurant on the canal close by and only 20 minutes away from Lords Cricket Ground, Abbey Road Studios and St James Wood.
− It needs work, the pictures are probably when they first started renting it out. Shower has 2 temperatures freezing and scolding nothing in-between. Mark on the bathroom tiles looked like dye but it makes it look dirty. The extra bed was dirty and we had no bedding for it even though we had booked for 3 people. Walking 10 mins to get the key is a pain but the shop keeper was a friendly man. This isnt luxury by any means.

Strategically located and nice place to stay
9.0The location of this property is strategic in central London. Very very close to supermarkets, local cafes and restaurants especially asian and middle eastern cuisine like kebab etc. The place is spacious, so you can use the additional mattress & bedsheets provided and put it on the floor, especially if you book this place for 3-4 people or small family ( you wouldn’t mind it on the floor if you remove your shoes on the entire property and keep the floor clean).
− Cleanliness could be improved. Bed in the bedroom is too small for two adults and 1 children as it is the small double bed. But we use the additional bed so no problem

6.0Appartement spacieux dans une résidence bien entretenue et calme. Bonne situation géographique. Supermarché juste en face
− Très peu d'équipements pour la cuisine ( notamment la vaisselle !) ce qui fait qu'il est totalement illusoire d'utiliser le lave vaisselle. Pas de possibilité d'utiliser les plaques de cuisson . Réglage très difficile de la température de l'appartement ( heureusement très bien chauffé)
