5.0− Bathroom had a funny type of smell , smelled like mould. No lift as well was hard to bring suitcases up and down 2 floors.

10.0Top notch welcome handover. We had a slight issue with the air con (40 degrees+ outside)in the second bedroom and it was sorted really quickly. The bathroom was a hit with my teenage daughters. Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment is well sound proofed as almost no noise from outside could be heard.
− Not much to not like about this apartment. Might not be suitable for all due to being on the second floor. The kitchen was lacking slightly, in that there was only one wine glass and only 3 knives in the block, but as we were eating out this did not bother us in any way.

8.0The location was excellent and there was plenty of room. No elevator - but we knew this so not a problem for us. The hosting company was amazing - we forgot some valuables upon checkout - they brought them to their office and packaged them up for our courier to collect. Very thankful for this!!
− The air conditioning in the smaller bedroom didn’t really work - the room didn’t stay cool. The iron wasn’t usable - cord was damaged. No rack for drying clothes. The bathroom had a bad mildew odor. We didn’t report these issues with the apartment during our stay so they didn’t have a chance to remedy.
