− L'appartamento non dispone di aria condizionata, ma solo di un ventilatore per tutto l'alloggio. Essendo situato all'ultimo piano, il caldo era davvero intenso e una delle camere risultava praticamente invivibile. Anche la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare: asciugamani macchiati, piano cottura sporco, divano con evidenti macchie e lavandino del bagno non pulito adeguatamente. Inoltre, diversi elementi dell'appartamento erano danneggiati: alcune sedie erano rotte, la tavoletta del WC aveva un perno rotto e si muoveva continuamente, e la luce di una delle camere funzionava a intermittenza. Siamo rimasti più di una sera completamente senza illuminazione in quella stanza. Per un soggiorno di sei giorni in quattro persone sono stati forniti soltanto tre rotoli di carta igienica, costringendoci ad acquistarne altra a nostre spese. Infine, l'isolamento acustico è molto scarso: i rumori provenienti dalla strada si sentono continuamente, rendendo difficile riposare. Gli infissi non sono adeguati a una zona così rumorosa.

− Back view wall needs refreshing and more modern beddings and towels. I had only one towel provided for 4nights.

− Neighbours underneath were very noisy. Constantly banging doors and talking very loudly very early in the morning at a weekend.
