− der Reinigungszustand Die Arbeitsplatte in der Küche und der Tisch haben geklebt vor Dreck.
Alles in allem einfach klasse
8.0Die Lage ist super. U-Bahn Station direkt vor der Tür, Bhf Frankfurter Allee ist in nicht mal 10 Minuten erreichbar, zum Alex kann man auch zu Fuß. Bäcker, Restaurants, Geschäfte… alles in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und ausreichend groß. Die Küche ist klasse, der kaffeevollautomat macht richtig guten Kaffee und eine Spülmaschine hat es auch. Leider gab es nur 2 tabs trotz 4 Tage Aufenthalt. Der Support war super! Ich brauche seit Jahren bei Homaris und zum ersten Mal hatte ich Probleme mit dem Türschloss. Ein kurzer Anruf hat das aber schnell und sauber lösen können. Sehr unkompliziert!
− Die Küchenzeile hat geklebt. Keine Ahnung, was der vorherige Besucher angestellt hat, aber das war echt eklig.

− Vermietung nicht erreichbar bei Problemen, Tür wurde mehrmals von Anwohnern abgeschlossen sodass man nicht zum Apartment konnte, insgesamt ein zu stressiger Aufenthalt, keine Ruhe, kein Kontakt, nicht nochmal!

6.0Die Ausstattung war gut, es hat nichts gefehlt
− Das rein kommen mit dem Schließfach lief nicht gut. Der Code stimmte nicht und wir hatten dadurch die halbe nacht verloren um rein zu kommen.
