4.0La posizione è ottima e gli spazi della casa sono molto ampi per essere in una città come Venezia.
− La casa in generale non era molto pulita, le lenzuola erano sporche in molti letti e in alcuni erano anche di dimensioni sbagliate. Nel bagno al piano di sopra utilizzando i sanitari e la doccia si allagava tutta la stanza, poichè perdevano acqua.

Terrible and unresponsive
1.0The surroundings were quiet
− Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay and I would not recommend this property. The apartment had serious maintenance issues, including leaks in both the walls and ceiling where water was actively coming in. We reached out multiple times asking how to deal with the situation and received little to no response from the hosts. Messages were often left unanswered. The WiFi was also not working at the beginning of the stay, which created additional stress. We stayed for two weeks and requested fresh towels and bed sheets during that time. We were told someone would come, but nobody ever did. Beyond that, the apartment itself felt stuffy and had an unpleasant smell throughout the stay. The upstairs bathroom felt unsafe because the staircase had no handrail or support- you could literally fall down to the ground floor! the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and caused back pain. Overall, the experience was frustrating and poorly managed, especially considering the price and the length of the stay.
