Comfortable and just what I needed for a last minute work trip. Close to local tube station (literally across the street), near local pubs and cafes as well. Very friendly and pleasant host called me ahead of time and met me at the agreed time and I wasn’t kept waiting. Bed comfortable, heater provided. Whilst the building was on a busy road, the flat was tucked away at the back therefore noise was not an issue.

− Would have been helpful to have an iron.

The apartment is located in a lovely, well-connected neighbourhood. It is fully equipped with everything you might need, and the bed is very comfortable. We particularly appreciated being provided with an extra set of fresh towels.

− Communication: the phone number provided belonged to someone who no longer works for the property. Luckily, she kindly gave us the correct contact. While the host was very helpful, we couldn’t get a response via Booking or Whatsapp to arrange the check-in. We were only able to communicate at the last minute and by phone. Shower: the water temperature fluctuated from cold to scalding hot, with no stable intermediate temperature. Wi-Fi: the connection was unstable and frequently disconnected.

Second time staying here in a bit of an emergency. Lovely, comfortable room with cosy bed and all you need in terms of amenities. Great value for money. Alexia was excellent and for the Second time, helped me with slightly odd check in hours! Thank you Alexia. Would happily stay again and recommend.
