Beautiful apartment with great hosts

Stefania was great for communicating and keeping us updated on everything, and Gianni was so lovely when he met us to give the tour and hand us the keys. The apartment was beautiful, and only around the corner from the Duomo but was still quiet enough to get a great sleep in the very comfy bed! The pictures are completely accurate and we were delighted with the place, particularly when it was too hot outside and we could chill out in the air-conditioning. The shower has a rainfall head and the bathroom is very spacious. Stefania kindly gave us loads of amazing recommendations of where to eat and what to see, which were extremely helpful and I would advise anyone to take her recommendations, particularly for the restaurants given that there are so many amazing options and it can be hard to narrow them down!! I would recommend anyone to stay here for a bit of luxury and comfort in a central spot ☺️

− I was disappointed that booking.com included a €60 charge as part of the cost, but then the instructions advise that it's supposed to be paid in cash on arrival so we technically paid it twice. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no lift, which could be tough going after a lot of walking in the heat!

It was in close proximity to the hospital where my sister was.

− It was up two flights up stairs and no elevator. It was very difficult for me to take up my luggage and walk up the stairs every time I left the property. I did not notice this when I booked it. My oversight. My sister also had a hard time with the stairs.

Un des rares logements avec un extérieur, la météo a permis au moins un séjour sur le balcon. Belle déco et pratique, literie confortable. Salle de bain spacieuse. Excellent emplacement au coeur de la ville effectivement. Stefania nous a fourni ses meilleures adresses gastronomiques, très apprécié.

Great location, big apartment, nice decor. Relatively quiet.

− Could have been cleaned a bit better - we had to rewash some cutlery, dirt swept under the living room rug.

Apartament was well appointed, very clean. Stefania communicated very well and always responded promptly to texts. She provided very detailed information to make our stay good. Gianni met us at the apartment, and we appreciated his punctuality.

− Did not like the entrance to the building and the stairs and stairwell. Needs some care. Also, 2 flights up could be difficult with luggage and if you are not fit.
