− 1. Mieszkanie w piwnicy / przyziemiu! 2. Nieprzyjemny zapach piwnicy w całym apartamencie włacznie z pościelą i ręcznikami. 3. Łazienka i prysznic z Grzybem, na fugach, na sufcie a co najgorsze na wężu i na słuchawce prysznicowej (ZDJĘCIA DO WGLĄDU) nic przyjemnego korzystać z czegoś takiego. 4. Na booking zaznaczony -TARAS, -BALKON, -WIDOK, w praktyce otwierasz okno balkonowe na poziomie -1, na wysokosci głowy masz asfaltowy plac/drogę, a balkon/taras jest tak szeroki, że ciężko zmieścić tam krzesło, na głowę lecą skropliny z klimatyzacji, jest to miejsce raczej nieużytkowe, albo na pewno nie takie, że da się tam swobodnie usiąść i wypić kawkę czy coś zjeść. Jest to raczej wąski długi chodnik bez krzeseł i stolika. (ZDJĘCIA DO WGLĄDU) 5. Proszę biuro/właściciela nie odpowiadać na zasadzie: Trzeba było zgłaszać, że coś jest nie tak. Gdyby to dotyczyło samej pościeli albo ręczników to nie było by problemu. Zgłaszamy, wymieniamy i nie ma tematu, ocena 10. Tu było posprzątane, ale wyżej wymienione rzeczy nie są do zrobienia na już albo od zaraz. Dodatkowo zaznaczają coś czego nie ma czyli balkon. Gdyby wrzucili zdjęcia tego ''balkonu'' ''widoku'' i ''tarasu'' napisali, że mieszkanie znajduje się w piwnicy na pewno wzielibyśmy coś innego. Podsumowując; apartament nie tak dawno po remoncie, dobrze wyposażony, zapach piwnicy może dlatego że mieszkanie jest właśnie w piwnicy. Brak balkonu/tarasu użytkowego, widok na ścianę lub na chodnik. Grzyb w łazience. Dobry kontkat z biurem. NIE POLECAMY

10.0Clean, very comfortable bed, good AC which was immensely appreciated during the summer heat, had everything we needed, host was helpful and attentive to questions and needs
− There could have been more utensils for cooking and two of the burners (the right top and bottom burners on the stove) didn’t work

10.0Apartament przestronny, czysty i wygodny. Lokalizacja idealna, bardzo blisko Watykanu oraz innych atrakcji Rzymu, śmiało można wybrać się na piesze wędrówki lub skorzystać z komunikacji miejskiej. W pobliżu wiele lokalnych sklepów i restauracji. Butelka prosecco na powitanie.
