8.0There was no breakfast. No staff to speak of, other then when we checked in there where a couple of women who were there to greet us and show us around. that was great. the whole place was really great, but the BED was bad!!! Need a new mattress.

Book here!! An exceptionally well-located and beautiful apartment with a gracious host.
10.0The apartment is gorgeous, with a mural on the ceiling and antique furniture that makes you feel right in Florence the moment you step in. The location is unreal - we literally stumbled upon the Duomo walking a few blocks from the apartment. Monica the host is incredibly responsive and helpful and even called us a cab to our next destination when we were unable to. It also has air conditioning which is a real luxury in an old building. Can’t recommend it enough and would stay here again!
− This is to be expected with older European properties, but the shower is quite small and so a larger person may not feel comfortable or be able to turn around comfortably. It was not a negative for us, but something to be aware of before booking.
