− I arrived in the evening to check in after making a non-refundable reservation. The receptionist was initially dismissive and unexpectedly accused me of being "rude" simply because I politely suggested she finish assisting the guests she was already helping before checking me in. When it was finally my turn, she refused to proceed with check-in because I initially showed a photo of my passport (which had been accepted at other hotels during my trip), even though I later provided the physical passport. She also claimed my booking did not exist, only to find it after checking again. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she called her manager and later told me she had reported me for being "rude." When I asked for her name because I wanted to make a complaint myself, she gave it once but refused to repeat it when I couldn't hear it clearly, saying that it was "my problem." The situation then became much worse. She told me, **"You live on the street."** When I openly said I was going to record what she had just said and asked her to repeat it on camera, she tried to grab my phone. At that point, I genuinely no longer felt safe and left, despite having a non-refundable reservation. As I was leaving, she told me, **"Go back to your country."** When I again tried to record what she had said, she became even more aggressive and threatened to break my phone. Because I left immediately, I can't comment on the rooms or the facilities. However, my first impression of the area also didn't make me feel particularly safe, and I ended up returning to my previous hotel. I contacted Booking.com to report what had happened. Unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the situation. They advised me to leave a public review and informed me that they had forwarded my complaint to the hotel's management. As far as I know, nothing has come of it.

The room and location were great, we did have any issues finding the place, check-in was straightforward. The bedding was clean, we had good AC especially useful for summer holidays

− The shower in our room was TINY, I think it was 60cm x 60cm. This is the only dissapointment, felt like we could only run water on our bodies and not actually shower properly.

Kleinschalig en mooie locatie

− Één zeer onvriendelijke, asociale receptioniste waar al meerdere klachten over zijn geschreven op google. Rood haar en zwarte bril. Zij heeft mijn ervaring echt verziekt! Hopelijk pakt de accomodatie mijn klacht over deze vrouw op

I needed a place for 1 night close to the Termini station. it was clean, spacious, AC worked, the refrigerator worked. there was shampoo, shower gel and, hair conditioner. it's loudy outside, but I knew that it would be like this. in the end of the day, I needed it just for a night, so for this price - it was perfect

Bea the manager was very helpful

− We booked this stay months ago with family to stay at the same place. When we arrived at the hotel there was a mistake with the room allocation, we booked a family room for 3 people but when we got there it was a single room! The hotel was full so they offered us another hotel 5 mins walk away but there was not room for 3 people so we had to split up. Bea the manager was very helpful and apologetic she did all she could to make sure we were ok, she said the fault was with booking.com
