10.0The location is outside the ZTL but just 15mnt walk to the centre.the apartment is very clean and well maintained by the owner. Complete facilities and air conditioning is perfect in the middle of hot summer day. The lift is very handy to bring the luggage as the apartment is located in the upper floor. Quite neighborhood. car parking is nice, but expensive. cheaper alternative is to use public parking which is only 10mnt walk.

8.0Gostámos muito de todo o apartamento. Está muito bem aproveitado e equipado. A parte da lavandaria é excelente e quem nos foi receber era muito querida! A localização é perfeita porque está numa zona calma com boas acessibilidades e facilmente se ia a pé até ao centro.
− Achamos que o chão poderia ter sido aspirado/lavado melhor e os copos que estavam nos armários tinham dedadas.

We enjoyed the property very much.
10.0The property was newly updated and very modern. It felt spacious for our group of 5. The beds were comfortable and the showers were awesome.
− The property was at minimum a 15 min walk to the main parts of Florence. In the incredible heat we experienced, it seemed farther. We had an issue with the dishwasher leaking and had someone to clean in 15 min.

10.0Everything was perfect and exceeded my high expectations! Very large apartment with cosy terrace and balcony, good beds. Owner is extremely kind and helpful. Many thanks to Baby for welcoming us and introducing us to each part of carefully designed details in apartment. Parking was fantastic, the best one in Italy!
