The only real positive was the location. It’s in a very good spot, close to Kreuzberg, with easy access to shops, cafés, and transport. For exploring Berlin, the area itself is great.

− Unfortunately, the stay was extremely disappointing and nothing like what was advertised. The apartment was listed as a private unit, but when we arrived, we discovered multiple strangers living in the same space. We were not informed that this would be shared accommodation. This immediately put a negative tone on the trip, especially because it was my partner’s birthday. The cleanliness was unacceptable. Every single day, I had to clean the toilet, shower basin and floor because the other guests kept leaving the bathroom in a terrible state. There were poo stains in the toilet, pee on and around the toilet, and the shower floor was constantly dirty. It felt like we were cleaning up after people who clearly had no respect for shared spaces. There was also a strong smell of cigarettes and weed coming from the other guests’ room. At one point we even found a plate with cigarette ash on it, suggesting they were smoking indoors, which is completely unacceptable. The noise was another issue. The upstairs neighbors were extremely loud, every time they walked, the ceiling and even the lamp in the room would shake. It didn’t feel peaceful or comfortable at any point. The hosts also didn’t come to any meaningful agreement with Booking.com, and we were only offered €25 off a future stay, which is honestly not acceptable given the situation and the level of discomfort we experienced. Overall, we were not impressed at all. The property was inaccurately advertised, the environment was unhygienic, and the experience did not feel safe or comfortable. We would not stay here again.

Die Lage ist gut.

− Das Appartement ist eigentlich keines, da es nur ein Raum ist und über ein Gemeinschafts Bad verfügt. Dies ist in der Beschreibung wohl ersichtlich. Man muss aber danach suchen. Bei drei Apartments, die sich das Gemeinschafts Bad teilen, könnte man erwarten, dass das Bad täglich gereinigt wird. Am Ende der Miete war das Bad schmutzig.

Beschämend. Nicht zu empfehlen!

Gute Lage

− Keine Gardinen somit keine Privatsphäre. Seltsame Flecken auf dem Sofa. Erst nach der Buchung wurde einem mitgeteilt,dass es ein geteiltes Badezimmer/WC für 3 Apartments gibt. Welches ebenfalls dreckig war. Auch nach mehrmaligen Beschwerden, wurde nichts unternommen um den Aufenthalt zu verbessern. Keinesfalls weiterzuempfehlen
