9.0I loved.the.fact that thr apartment was not stripped of.its charm and filled with IKEA stuff

Perfect-it was within walking distance of many squares that often had entertainment at night. We felt very safe there.
10.0The location was perfect, a few blocks from the Duoma square and close to many restaurants in every direction! Aurora met us at the apartment and showed us how to get in - there were 4 keys, which at 1st seemed overwhelming but was easy to adjust to- the best part of the building was it had an elevator!! So helpful when coming with lots of luggage. The apartment was so spacious and very well equipped, with a full kitchen and a washing machine We also learning of a new food - gnudi- try them if you can find them

10.0The location was excellent and the apartment was nicely set up with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the bedroom protected from the noise of the street. It was very easy to work with Carol.
Close to everything, convenient.
9.0We enjoyed our stay in the center of Florence. Shortly after checking in, we had a key issue. But the host was very quick to help us within 30 minutes. We had some trouble with the washer but figured it out. Not necessarily the property's issue, but the trash disposal in Florence is confusing. Would have helped to have some extra trash bags; we had to buy some since we could not find any extra in the apartment. Some others have mentioned the sound from the street. It is loud from about 10am to midnight in the living area even with the windows closed, but once you are up in the bedroom it is manageable. We had a white noise machine which helped a lot. Despite those issues, the apartment is very nice and I would recommend it.

10.0Nice apartment in the middle of historic downtown Florence, 5-10 minute walk from the main attractions, and in a safe neighborhood. The staff is very responsive to messages and to requests. The elevator is an important feature which you come to appreciate. The one thing to keep in mind is that the street is full or restaurants so a bit noisy (windows are single glass), the bedroom with the door closed is quiet, but if you need to sleep in the sofa bed, bring earplugs.
