A pretty solid stay
7.0Loved the location and closeness to the ferry. The unit was perfect for a solo traveler and in a quiet neighborhood. The water was hot, bed was comfortable, and it was a treat to get the welcome gift of Prosecco. The kitchen was very well stocked including seasonings. Also walking distance to restaurants and coffee houses as well as a post office and grocery store. Communication with the host was great but I felt pretty self sufficient based on her clear instructions during my stay. The internet worked perfectly as did the air con and hot water.
− While everything was maintained, I’m afraid the shower head could use a deep scrubbing. I wasn’t sure if it was mold or fungus but the shower head was not clean. The couch shows some wear and staining but it was covered so not a huge deal.

10.0Best location in all of Venice. The apartment was excellent, comfortable and cosy. A supermarket is near, Palanca station in 2 minutes, plenty cafes near water. Quite and clean neighborhood. Even complimentary bottle of prosecco. 11/10
