9.0Appartement très spacieux , literie très confortable, linge de toilette propre, la conciergerie très réactive
− Manque de vaisselle ( gants pour le four, bac à glaçons) Juste dommage pour un arrivée tardif en soirée qu'il n'y a même pas une ou deux dosettes de café pour le lendemain matin ou même une bouteille d'eau.

1.0Not much to like. The price doesn't not reflect the conditions
− A real scam ! I guess when you travel you have to find one time to time. A hostel for the price of a palace ! The shower have not pressure. Impossible to use other jets rather than the main jet. If the shower is one the bathroom can not be one. So really one bathroom not two. Expect queue in the morning. You want nice pictures of venise with nice hair ? Impossible to wash with that pressure. I told them. They did .... nothing. They came without our approval on the last day leaving the key box open ! Everyone could have entered. The water in the kitchen not working as well. The main room has no internet. The connexion doesn't go till there. Don't expect internet in your room. The wardrobe was broken and almost flat on us. Some draws are missing in the kids room. So I continue or you have an idea ? The view is only for the bathroom that you can't use. Then either you make it a hostel and then ok that the conditions. But for 2500 euros a week living in poor conditions with no services. What you call that ? Walk away from this brand (its a company that managed this). I got scammed in Venice.

We stayed with kids and it was big enough and good location, calm part of the city. We recommend to stay
8.0Big apartment with nice terrace , we also loved the location cus we were arriving to venice at around midnight with kids , and it was easy to find and arrive.
− Couches are little old, doesnt feel good
Over all the pictures appear enhanced and I would not recommend

− A vent fell out of wall while sleeping and just missed my head. Dirty socks left from previous tenant. The spa tub did not have hot water had to boil water for a bath the water pressure was poor terraces very ran down no clear instruction on how discard one small bag of trash dresser had no front of drawer
