10.0It is a really cozy and nice studio just next to Holzmark and East Side galley; we easily got there by train from Ostbahnholf, which is just a few minutes walk flat away. there are lots of attractions around the building, and the apartment itself is pretty cozy and neat. There is a nice cafe on the first floor, and the building is modern and clean. The studio itself has everything from a dishwasher to a working desk, even a DJ set. The host was very friendly and gave us precise instructions, so everything went smoothly, and we definitely moved back there again!

Modernes Single Apartment
7.0Es handelt sich um ein Einraum Apartment mit Badezimmer und Küche (Mikrowelle, Backofen, Ceranfeld, Abzugshaube) in einem Boardinghaus (serviced apartment), das privat untervermietet wird. Das ist in Berlin keine Seltenheit und passiert auch bei anderen Apartments im Haus. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern, alles war sauber und mit Liebe hergerichtet. Das Bett ist zwar nicht groß, aber ausreichend hart. Das Zimmer kann mit einer elektronischen Jalousie vollständig verdunkelt werden. Kaffee, Tee, Mülltüten, Geschirrspültabs sind vorhanden. Müllschlucker stehen vor dem Gebäude, ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller kann mit Kartenzahlung genutzt werden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber als auch der kontaktloses Check-in und Check-out haben hervorragend funktioniert. Der Gastgeber handelt vorausschauend und sehr proaktiv.
− Ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die aber nicht gravierend sind. Trotz der guten Schalldämmung ist die Lärmbelastung durch den Wiederhall der S-Bahn tagsüber sehr hoch, was das Ausschlafen deutlich erschwert. Ohrstöpsel können da aber helfen, wenn man das vorher weiß. Ein paar mehr Gläser anstatt Tassen sowie eine variable Kochausstattung (mehr Pfannen und Töpfe) wären gut.
