The apartment was spacious, the view from the terrace was pretty good, the beds were soft and sheets were clean.

− The apartment was poorly cleaned, the walls were dirty and banged up, the bathroom desperately needs remodeling, the cushions on the terrace shown in the picture weren't there, the terrace had big puddles on it and the outside furniture was dirty. I also wish the host provided slippers for the guests.

The terrace has a great view

− After reading bad reviews prior to arriving I asked the owner to make sure that we had enough kitchenware for at least 6 people and to ensure the apartment was well cleaned. He said no problem, you will enjoy it. However we got there (after a good hike down hill) and there were not enough mugs (5 old chipped and stained), not enough cereal bowls or serving plates and the apartment was not properly cleaned(don’t dare to look under the beds, I happened to drop something and had to reach under the bed, none has cleaned in years, I saw a bottle and underwear) , specially the bathroom and the terrace, the terrace has a fantastic view but make sure that you have shoes because is full of dirt , the plastic furniture in the terrace is broken (previous reviews also noted that) and when I told the owner he said I broke it and that he was going to charge me! the building is very old and poorly maintained.

Could be so much better with some TLC.

The location was great. The apartment had great air-conditioning with an air conditioner in the lounge and in the 2 bedrooms. They all worked well.

− Advertised for a max of 6 . We booked for 4 people then changed the booking to 5 (paid extra). On arrival there was: 4 dinner & 2 bread plates 2 wine & 2 beer glasses 3 odd chipped coffee mugs!!! Some cheap crockery was dumped on our doorstep at 9am, Tourist mugs and cheap plates, 4 wine glasses. The terrace had dead plants, was dirty and no cushions unlike the picture advertised. Very nice place with a private terrace where you can indulge in amazing views of the city and Bosphorus, with sea gulls and other birds as featured guests. These views were deal-breakers for me. The location is good, with public transit options nearby. The interior and furniture are great. The kitchen had anything we needed. Overall, I recommend the place, and will stay here again if I have a chance.

− The outdoor furniture at the terrace is broken. Use it at your own risk, it can pinch your back. Also, we had 2 issues (one with washing machine, and one with duvet covers, the place didn't have enough for the party of 4), but the hosts solved the issues in a promptly manner.
