Location was good and very clean

Great place so stay for location and roominess. Would stay there most times of the year but probably not in the summer.

Great location. Plenty of room, to Spread out. Comfortable beds lost of raaraurantsin the area and close to Soho/Piccadilly.

− The AC was really poor. London had a heat wave 35+ each and the main family room rarely got below 26. The upstairs AC didn't work so couldn't use one of the rooms due to heat. There was a nice portable AC in the other upstairs room and that was the most comfortable room to sleep in.

The property was in an amazing location and has great amenities, the owner was very responsive

− Keeping in mind that london is a naturally moist area, there was quite a bit of mold. If you experience immune deficiency I would be weary booking this home! Additionally the visitors that were checking in the day we checked out entered the apartment (gaining access to another set of keys) to drop off luggage before our checkout time, which was uncomfortable and unexpected.

Excellent location. Spacious enough for 2 adults and 3 teenagers.

− Only 2 wine glasses in kitchen and not a single kitchen towel. There were not enough space nor chairs for 5 people to sit at dining table. No shower gel & basic shampoo in bathroom. It is ok that bedroom next to terrace is tiny, however, the wardeobe was of no use as it was full with different staff-no place for any unpacking. The terrace did not have a single furniture item to sit on. In general the appartment was demonstrating-I am just for rent. Do not expect really anything else.

Location was good Staff did respond promptly to try to help with issues.

− When we arrived no key in key safe despite us giving arrival time. No toilet rolls No washing up liquid or dishcloths WiFi was down, which meant TVs didn’t work. We stayed in heat wave, 34 degree temps which I appreciate is not normal uk temperatures but air con didn’t work. Rooms were unbearable, can’t have windows open, couldn’t use upstairs bedrooms on first night, rooms were approx 40 degrees! (according to thermostats). Had to sleep downstairs on sofa. Staff did try to help and provided an aircon unit next day which helped but only in one room, rest of the property was still unbearably hot. Overall the property is tired and in need of some maintenance.

− Schmutzig - sauberkeit war mangelhaft, klimaanlage im Obergeschoss defekt und fenster zur Strasse konnte nicht gelffnet werden, türe zur Duschkabine in einem Zimmer undicht, in anderem Zimmer keine Handdusche nur Schlauch, 2 von 4 Esstischsessel waren Gebrochen
