− Lots of stairs but lovely appartments at the top Shower was slow to drain but bathroom very clean and tidy

− There were 5 flights of stairs and no elevator to get into the apartment then 2 flights from the kitchen to the bedroom. There are no views from the apartment but the entry door faces the Pitti Palace. There was a website hack and we couldn’t check in online so be ware if you receive suspicious emails and texts to provide personal information.

8.0The location is good, the bed is comfortable. The communications with the owner very satisfying.
− There are many stairs to climb, as the property is located on the 3rd floor, which makes access with a stroller quite difficult. Additionally, there is no accessible balcony, despite what was shown in the pictures.
Quiet, excellent location, bed comfortable but the rest of apartment was disappointing.

− Scaffolding in front of building Portaloo in front of building Unkempt dirty stair well. Pitch black after dark, instruction book should have included that there were switches on the walls in the stairwell to switch on communal lights. Kitchen tap loose. Water damage and stains around windows. Plaster on mezzanine wall needed re plastering. Couldn’t get tv to work. WiFi security weak (as flagged by iPhone) Roof beams very dusty Toilet cistern sometimes didn’t flush. Sofa arm rest (by the stairs) very loose. Whole place could do with a lick of paint.
