10.0Modern, Clean, and comfortable,with excellent amenities and location. Owner was great to deal with, tho handover of key was a bit confusing.
Very disappointing!
1.0− 2 Night Stay. There was no hot water my entire stay, I had to ask the host to extend my booking by 5 hours so someone could come and fix the hot water so I could have a shower before a 30 hour trip back to Australia. I could not shower for two days with no hot water, I could not cook food as I could not wash the dishes, I could not wash my clothes. Not happy at all! Doesn't want to give me a full refund, host asked if I could leave on the last night @ 7.30pm when I was out for dinner with friend's and he would give me a full refund. I would not recommend this property. Did not seem to care, there was no urgency to fix the hot water issue despite me telling him in the middle of Sunday it took over 24 hours for it to be fixed

9.0I like the location, the apartment is clean very accessible to bus , the view is great coz its besides river thames.

− Creche on the lower floor so quite noisy at time during the day. Bathroom sink very slow to drain. Had to wait a while to get the key.
