− un desastre des souris une cuisine dans un état pitoyable c est une honte !!! le plafond qui s efritte des pièges à souris partout dans l apartement impossible de pouvoir régler le chauffage soit même soit trop chaud soit trop froid regarder en dessous des lits !!! une crasse rarement vue pas de fenêtre ce n est pas un apart c est un sous sol pfff ! je vous le déconseille fortement mes 4 enfants traumatisee par les souris le bruit de l apartement au dessus chassse d eau des toilettes qui fait un bruit enorme bref a ce prix la c est du vol

L’emplacement fabuleux a deux pzd de hyde park et du palais de kensington.

− Le rangement : du linge était en train de sécher dans une chambre et du linge humide restait dans la machine à laver, ce qui rendait impossible son utilisation sans s’en occuper au préalable. La vaisselle : elle n’était pas propre. À l’arrivée : les poubelles nous accueillaient devant la porte.

It was very easy the staff connected with me all time on whatsapp group during my stay they guide me before Check In they send me all details in video link and everything for easy check in.

− i like when i check in the apartment the apartment was already clean ready for me.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική (Μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς και εγγύτητα στο κέντρο και σε σημεία ενδιαφέροντος) και η γειτονιά πανέμορφη. Επίσης, το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρο και ζεστό.

− Το διαμέρισμα χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση. Έχει σε πολλά σημεία υγρασία, φθορά σε πατώματα (κατά τη βάδιση έτριζαν) και κακή λειτουργία του υδραυλικού συστήματος (έκαναν πολύ θόρυβο κατά τη χρήση). Επίσης, χρειάζεται ανανέωση στις πετσέτες.

Very disappointing apartment offering no privacy when using bathroom

The property was clean. The owners allowed us an early check in.

− We were told the original apartment had a water leak and couldn’t be used. We were offered ‘an upgrade’ but this was not an upgrade. The apartment had broken tiles in the bathroom floor with a risk to cutting bare feet. The handle on the bathroom door was broken and was not replaced for two days, i.e. the length of our stay. We could not close the bathroom door for privacy when using the toilet as it would lock you in.There were 4 of us sharing with little privacy in the bathroom. Shower in the bathroom did not work, so all shared a shower in the larger double bedroom. Didn’t like the fact that the owners didn’t attempt to resolve the broken bathroom handle even though they told us it was broken at 12pm when we dropped our bags off. We thought they would resolve this throughout the day of our arrival.
