Great location, communication and cleanliness!
8.0Check in was fine, a little confusing on the check-in time as it wasn't specifically noted, but received immediate communication back, and additional check in during the stay. That, along with water and treats left for us to enjoy were greatly appreciated. Located right on the tram routes, made it SO easy to travel around the city - highly recommend!

We had a great experience, Gonzalo is an amazing host, he welcomed us with Portuguese pasteles de nata which were fresh

Experiencia 100% recomendada
9.0El apartamento fue excepcional. La recogida de las llaves estaba perfectamente detallada en el email del check in y es muy sencillo. Y, si así no lo fuera para ti, el contacto con el host es perfecto y responde muy rapido. Las camas fueron super comodas, las fotos reflejan la realidad del apartamento a la perfección. Muy limpio y todo preparado: ropa de cama lista, toallas y hasta un regalo de bienvenida: pastelitos de belen. La cocina esta bien equipada y cuenta con una nevera grande. Recomiendo si viajas en familia ya que la finca cuenta con ascensor y el apartamento cuenta con una cuna disponible bajo petición.
− Todo fue espectacular pero si tengo una recomendacion que no tiene nada que ver con el apartamento. La zona de Alfama es una colina y si viajas con niños pequeños que usan carrito, puede ser un problema movilizarte facilmente pues tiene muchas calles bastante inclinadas y escaleras

− Ein wenig enttäuscht waren wir von der Terrasse, was auf den Bildern so gemütlich (Pflanzen, Deko) aussah,fehlte in Natura total!
