2.0Horrible experience!!! There’s mold in the ceiling of the bathroom and even in the room - looks like just painted the ceiling. Send email to the staff to move us to another room as I was experiencing severe allergic reactions to the moulds and problem breathing. No response from the staff, just send somebody who can’t speak English and collect the tax for the other room. I need a refund. Avoid this hotel at all cost.
Bad room, too expensive. Poor experience
2.0It was not what they offered. They gave me a room in another building, with people yelling and abusing kids in the middle of the night, noisy, no garden views, no areas to share. I paid so much money for a bad experience.
− The room was so ugly and not in the main roy garden building. I paid too much money for that. Im furious. I couldnt sleep because the neighbours that live in the building were yelling and slamming doors etc.
