Hermoso dpto, amplio, luminoso, muy buena ubicacion. Eramos 8 y estuvimos muy cómodos. Fueron muy atentos, lo recomiendo.

− Un mínimo detalle, que no hay repasador ni servilletas de papel, tambien nos paso en otros dptos de Italia. Vendría bien que hubiera!

Solid stay in Florence!

It was as pictured and easy to get to a lot of areas in Florence! The washer dryer separate were super helpful to have to avoid overpacking. The management group was very helpful getting us in and directing us to the apartment.

− The noise level in the primary bedroom at night is insane. There’s a bar directly below. Nothing can be done about that but a heads up would be helpful - bring ear plugs. :)

− The property would benefit from some additional accessories - towels in the kitchen and the option for daily housekeeping. We also had a minor issue with entering the property on the first day as the lock was difficult to navigate - next time, they should have a staff member available to help with the check in process.

The apartment was very close to Santa Croce church, just around the corner. The washer and dryer were very useful. The apartment was spacious for 3 couples, but only one of the bathrooms was ensuite. The kitchen had all the utensils and tableware we needed.

− The communication with the staff was horrible. I would not book with this property again. They threatened not to give us access to the apt if we didn't sign the contract which we received at very short day's notice, not months before upon booking. So we didn't have a chance to review thoroughly because we were already traveling. I even followed up earlier on the day of arrival to confirm everything was all set. We were told that someone would meet us upon arrival but no one was there. We had to find the key somewhere in the building which was not easy to find. It's a good thing we had an Italian driver who helped us find it. As for the property itself, one of the bathroom windows didn't have a curtain for privacy; another didn't have a shower curtain so everything got wet; one toilet had a wobbly seat.

Es un apartamento muy bonito, amplio, cómodo y la ubicación es buena .

− 1) la encimera de la cocina no permite usar dos fogones a la vez a la potencia máxima o casi . Lo que nos impidió poder cocinar para las 5 personas que éramos . 2) En uno de los baños no hay cortina y no funciona el tapón de desagüe para cerrarlo. 3) no se pueden usar las tres duchas a la vez . No sale suficiente agua. Lo q supone un problema si han de salir temprano 5 personas duchadas. Teníamos que hacer turnos . 3) dormir en la habitación que daba a la calle del Borgo Sta Croce resulta difícil por el ruido hasta altas horas de la noche provocado por el bar que hay casi delante. Estuvimos en fin de semana. 4) por todo lo anterior , se puede apreciar que las instalaciones no estaban ni de lejos al nivel del precio que pagamos por el apartamento.
