− Fica localizado junto à linha do comboio e de uma escola. Além de se ouvir o combóio até tarde, a partir das 8h já se ouvia o barulho da escola.

8.0l'appartement était très clean et parfait pour nous 3 - la petite cuisine parfaite pour des petits repas - la salle de bain est ok pourrait être plus moderne

9.0Mieszkanie odpowiednio wyposażone. Czysto. Stosunkowo dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Rzymu na pieszo. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Jest klimatyzacja. Polecam dojazd z lotniska pociągiem, jest to chyba najwygodniejsza opcja (jedna przesiadka, łącznie 8 euro)
− Materace są nieco za twarde (dla osób lubiących miękkie materace). Stosunkowo duży hałas ze względu na przejeżdżające pociągi i pobliską szkołę w której odbywają się zajęcia sportowe (głośna muzyka od godz 8)
